Delivery of Prizes

Grand prize winner will have bottles delivered in Louisville Kentucky. If winner does not wish to travel to Louisville, KY, bottles will be shipped to winner.

All other bottles may be picked up in Louisville KY at winners’ expense, or bottles will be shipped (if legally possible) at The Trent DiGiuro Foundation’s expense. However, as these bottles are essentially irreplaceable, prizes will become the property of the winners upon delivery to shipping carrier. A signature will be required upon delivery. One delivery attempt will be made. If unable to deliver or failure to pick up at shipper, the bottles will be returned to the Trent DiGiuro Foundation.

No substitution of prizes or transfer/assignment of prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
